If you have a website that isn’t doing too well, you want answers. After all, websites cost money. You are paying for the domain name, hosting, and perhaps other charges and fees. ClickFunnels is software that might be able to help you. But there are a few things you need to know first. In this ClickFunnels review, we’ll look at how well this system works and if you get all the support you need. The price just might be too high for you.
What Is ClickFunnels?
ClickFunnels was founded by Russell Brunson in 2014 in Idaho. It was originally created to help his team create custom sales funnels for different uses. When they realized how well it worked, he decided to sell this process as a product.

The company has made quite an impression. Forbes is quoted as saying it is “silently revolutionizing the online marketing industry.” Right now, there are over 105,000 people using ClickFunnels.
What The Heck Is A Funnel?
Before we get into ClickFunnels any further, let’s talk about what these funnels are designed to do. ClickFunnels is just a name but funnels have a very specific purpose.
Websites are created for all kinds of reasons. Some are informational and others are for promoting and selling products. At the very minimum, websites usually want to collect your email address. That’s where funnels come in. These are sales funnels and they are designed to guide a visitor through the process of buying whatever product or service the website offers.
You’ve seen sales funnels before. You probably just didn’t realize it at the time. In fact, each time you submit your email address on a website, that’s a lead generation funnel.
Sales funnels are more discrete than actual ads. Here’s how they work. You land on a website through a search for some specific product. You read the content about the product and may see numerous links throughout the page. Each link takes you to a sales page (the same sales page) where you can purchase the product. Each link is designed to attract different types of customers using different terms. Think of it as an inverted pyramid. That’s a sales funnel in its most simplistic form. Another term for a sales funnel is ‘marketing campaign.’
