I would like to start things off and say that Amazon has an excellent affiliate program which they call Amazon Associates.  It is an excellent and easy way to get started with affiliate marketing.

But unfortunately, certain U.S. States (and countries) prevent affiliates from using their affiliate program, I thought it would be nice to know some alternatives to Amazon’s affiliate program.
